Cardinal Behavioral Healthcare has an active Compliance Program and Code of Conduct intended to promote ethics and integrity while completing the mission of helping our clients attain their full potential by delivering quality behavioral healthcare services in a caring, supportive and financially responsible environment. It is expected of all Cardinal Behavioral Healthcare affiliates whether contracted, credentialed or employed, to be alert and sensitive to situations that could result in improper, unethical or illegal conduct. Each Cardinal Behavioral Healthcare affiliated individual has an obligation and responsibility for reporting any activity by an employee, physician, board member, contractor or a vendor that appears to violate applicable laws, rules, and regulations or our Code of Conduct. Do not hesitate to ask for assistance from our Chief Compliance Officer if there are any questions about the information in the Code or any other compliance related concerns.
